What tools do you use in your work?

We like to keep things as simple as possible for all parties. This is why we use Google apps for email, calendar appointments and contacts. We use Dropbox for file sharing and Zoom for video communication. Google Drive is also an option for file sharing.

What Programs Do you use?

We are highly skilled in MS Office, WordPress and Wix for websites, Dropbox and Google Drive for file sharing, Skype and Zoom for video communications, Aweber and Mailchimp for CRM, Calendly for scheduling, Canva for design, Trello, Slack and Asana.

What can a Virtual Assistant do for me?

A VA will provide the expertise to complete tasks that you don’t have time to do yourself. They are highly skilled individuals who love what they do. What are your payment terms?

Payment is made in advance for the hours you need the Virtual Assistant. You can simply purchase further hours to suit your needs.

If work is be ongoing, you can approach us for a monthly retainer arrangement.

What is your preferred Communication method?

Our communication can be by phone, email or video. Our preference is for the initial enquiry by phone or email. Then a scheduled video communication will be set up for further detailed conversations.
